Notes: Awake in the 5a hour but had been up till after 1a (couldn't sleep w/ all the Salini/Alison turmoil, call, online). Somehow stayed awake till it started getting light and debated between trying for a bike ride and heading to the pool. Decided on bike and got 14 miles - cloudy, breezy, warm and humid. This is where I turned around in Gulfport (a new part of the route coming off the trail). Did rest early afternoon and slept for awhile.
