Fish Pass

At Yarrow Valley Park near Chorley, a weir was built over 100 years ago on the River Yarrow, which prevented fish swimming upstream to spawn, so in 2003 a fish pass was finally added so that fish such as Trout and now Salmon could get to their breeding grounds.
I used an App on my iPhone called SlowShutter to produce a motion blur of 2 seconds on the water.
