To all the superhero Dad's out there ....

Mr EG deserves a special super hero father's Day mention for his brilliant effort in keeping our family and home running smoothly whilst I'm being useless and poorly.

He got a nice bottle of whisky as a reward. He's spent most of the day working on Gerty the campervan.

I rode this morning with Diane. Buddy went a bit hyper in the woods as he heard some horses behind us.

Feeling very tired and a bit shivery today. Think I got a chill on Friday walking dogs in the rain. Also got really bad sugar cravings. Just wanted to eat chocolate and sweets all day!!
