Calling Time!

One of the many clocks at Waddesdon Manor what I spent today as a House Volunteer. It was, most of the time, a busy day with a constant stream of visitors. I had a new volunteer 'shadowing' me this afternoon so we had a good time chatting together as well as with our visitors.

Edwards had been over for a Father's Day tea - he is optimistic that it won't be too long before he is able to visit his girlfriend in Norway.

A chat with my daughters earlier on, Ali ran 54 miles yesterday in 10 hours 40 minutes - proud of her for doing that but I hope she 'scales back' to just (!!) doing marathons in the future!
