Patterns in the Sand
Patterns in the sand made by the 'Seacoal Warriors' - that is men who collect sea coal from the beach.
They use a wooden rake, to pull the coal into piles, before shovelling it onto the back of a pick-up truck. We get a new design after every tide on Middleton Beach in Hartlepool.
Management thought this was artistic and said I should post it on Blip!
