Chef Tim Bouget from Ode in Shaldon

Had the pleasure of Tim Bouget's company this morning for a shoot at his cafe in Shaldon, Devon looking out over Teignmouth near The Ness.

Tim has worked with the best in the industry and developed a reputation as one of the finest chefs in the UK. He has two eateries in Shaldon; a fine-dining restaurant in the village and fantastic cafe overlooking the estuary, soon to boast its own micro-brewery.

This shoot, for EX magazine out soon, is part of feature on some the culinary greats in Devon who are due to showcase their talents at the Exeter Food and Drink Festival.
