Comic Relief Cake - Day Two

After a number of wrong decisions and masterclasses in mess-making activities, the Comic Relief Two-Day-In-The-Making Cake was born! And it looks.... underwhelming.

I should have either made two cakes or cut this and filled it with something, and I think it might be two sweet. But quite frankly, after it taking up two of my short-enough-as-it-is evenings, and having to simultaneously do that and around fifteen other things tonight, I'm quite happy for it to be packed in a tin and ready to take tomorrow. (No doubt I'll open the tin and it'll be mashed against the side.)

I've done some research for my Science Writing competition entry, but haven't penned a single word yet, so I'm going to have to get my head down and focus. Maybe even have to consider trying to stay awake on the bus...!
