Spotted our first celebrity today - the slightly unfortunate looking Jimmy Fricke I know it's stretching things a bit to call him a celeb but all counts!

Went along to Hugh Hefner's Palms resort which was quite amazing. A $20 dollar pass got us into the Playboy casino, the Moon night club and the Ghost bar. The Casino is basically a high stakes Casino on the 54th floor where all the croupiers are Playboy bunnys! It's a wee bit surreal. We got a drink ($10!) and sat next to one of the tables with a high roller on it. We watched the guy throwing tantrums, banging the table, shouting, kicking his chair, he was obviously upsetting the Playboy girls a bit as well as they kept changing the croupiers round, but the floor managers just watched not doing anything.
When the guy shouted that he'd just lost 60 thou in 3 hands we realised why they were putting up with the guys bullshit! Money talks over here..

The clubs were absolutely amazing, if you've ever scene the film 21, the party scene filmed on the roof top was done here. They're both on the roof tops 55th floor with huge balcony and the moon has a fully retractable roof. Unfortunately we forgot our camera but if you want to see it check out the palms website its one of these places thats blows you away when you see it, absolutely amazing.
