Flower Friday (Friday 18th June 2021)

The lupins are currently dominating the view of the Front Yard from my kitchen window (this was taken out of doors) that I have chosen for Flower Friday. Near the bottom on the right are the stumps of iris flowers that I have been chronicling daily, and to the right of the fence is some bindweed coming in from the driveway that I'm training up an old branch so that it can be dealt with. Bindweed is becoming less of a problem after sustained efforts from myself and Refna over some years. Below the bindweed are some self-seeded stinking irises. Other wildflowers given their space here include docks, hawkweed, red valerian and herb robert.
