Monday Blip

Well his Mother loves him! Today we had a boat trip out to the Inner Farne Island. It was the first day the Island had opened under easing of Covid 19 restrictions. The sun shone but it was rather a bumpy crossing. The Island has a variety of seabirds, puffins terns, gulls, etc. This little bird is a young shag, sitting close to its parent. Super afternoon, although we did not get our allotted one hour to enjoy the bird life the Island had to offer. We are turning on Thursday so fingers crossed. Tomorrow is another boat trip around the islands.
