Poppy again

I kept the poppy from the 10th June in a vase of water and although it is like paper and crinkly now it still looks gorgeous.
I've been to Ilkley today and met up with my friend Mary. I haven't seen her since November 2019. We had a great catch up in our usual cafe but outside. I called at Betty's for some treats and some things for Mel. Out this evening in the village for an hour with the in bloomers. Am tired now.
