Look - No Stalks

Sunday started with an attempt to tidy up the dining table. Ha! No chance. Too much paperwork, too much crafting stuff, too much junk!
I managed to sort out the drooping flowers though. Gerberas.
I cut off all the stalks and floated them in a shallow bowl. They're happy again!

Later I went to a workshop on crewel embroidery. It was so warm that we sat outside to work. With the alpacas just across the fence and the peacock shrilling at us. My first attempt was to stitch a wee thistle. Then we went to play with the alpacas. Wonderful
