Courgette plant

My daughter has often picked up plants for free, some years ago she walked home with a plum tree and now she has plums.
Today we were on a walk and she noticed a sign saying free courgette plant, so she took it.
Cleaned the blinds in sitting room, couldn’t believe how dusty they were. Baked a cake for friends coming round tomorrow, went to the garden centre after run. Feel like I have achieved a lot. Nice new kettle delivered.
Hip has become very painful as the day went on, it’s fine when I am moving but as soon as I sit down it really hurts.
Going to try a heat pad.
