The gathering

Our collection of sunflower seedlings are spindly and desperate to be popped in to the ground to do their thing. They are being distributed to friends and neighbours in return for a small donation to keep our village defibrillator maintained. I’m looking forward to seeing how the sunflowers perform.
Lovely, lovely evening spent with much missed friends. It’s been way too long since we were able to be together round the kitchen table - infact it’s been 16 months! So lots of chat and wine.
