Blue Monday....

A chilly start to the longest day of the year.
This lorry arrived in first thing with a load of fertiliser. It was a bit awkward to unload as the bags were longer than usual and the trailer roof was lower than some , but got there eventually.
Spent the rest of the day scraping and hand graiping dung from a shed to finish mucking it out.
The silage contractor came on the phone wondering when we were thinking of making a start. Told him a week to ten days , as we have sheep to clip next week and the silage shed is to clean out and get ready yet. The shortage of staff this week ain’t helping either. Ho hum.
