Poppies

This was to have been yesterdays post but by the time I went out to take it the moon was high in the sky . We had thought of having a fire in the garden to celebrate the Solstice but it was chilly and motivation was low .

Today however is bright and sunny , we are off for a walk shortly. after that there are three things I need to do that I have been avoiding. Ive done the first and am hopeful that a walk might lead to ticking the other two off the list .

Yesterday was spent on Monicas cupboard , you need to have watched “ Friends “ to appreciate the reference. I have a room rather than a cupboard and a deadline for getting it sorted as the family are coming to stay for the weekend of our Ruby wedding at the end of July and we will need all the space we can muster. We don’t have grand plans , just a thought that we will hang out together and have a picnic .
Dave spent the day on the hedge that wraps its way around our plot .We both had a day of action !
