Its hard being a supporter

Tonight Newport entertained Aberavon at Rodney Parade. Aberavon are unusually 2nd from bottom of the league, so a win for Newport was a certainty, wasnt it?

Yet again Newport were not firing on all cylinders, the mistakes were for all to see. Aberavon were living on the edge of legality for most of the match frustrating Newport throughout. After going into half time in the lead, Newport once again turned a wining situation into a losing one. Although we did have several chances late on to win the match. Final score, Newport 11 Aberavon 12.
