Sparrow in reeds & brambles

I decided on a walk around the nature reserve as it wasn't raining. 
A lovely stroll. 
I spotted the swan family gliding along the river (see extra). 
I'm going for a gentle jog now to test my back out again. Hopefully all will be well.

I also have beers in so I can endure the England game later.
