Foxy

Woke up to sunshine... hurrah!!  after a morning at home pottering I contacted a friend and went for a lovely walk near where she lives.  Across the fields we skipped past a deer park (far too many in one field I would say) through several fields left as meadow, some with beans and corn, across fords and many stone ad wooden stiles. For two hours we only came across two humans and one dog.. that is just my kind of day!  We also met a squirrel who ran alongside us a while.. it must have been a young one as it was not keen to scramble up a wall next to us.. when we stopped it stopped when we walked it looped just beside us... rather sweet.  Eventually it crossed the path and disappeared into the undergrowth. 
I couldn't believe these foxgloves and campanula (?) growing out of a wall... a gorgeous floral proliferation ... is that a floriferation?
