no swimming on the ice

Tonight was a bright sunny day with the temperature up to -3C. It was a much warmer picture last year with it being 15C out. I took a walk around the lake tonight as the sun was still out after work. I noticed when I was walking that the Red wing black birds had returned and thought about bliping them but saw this sign and saw the frozen lake in behind. See my last years blip Red wing black bird

Still hoping spring will really show up soon, it was cold enough today the chickadee's still went after some sunflower seeds.
