Busy early morning cycle

After my hero Ally fixed my grinding bike wheel, I had to try it out. 0800hrs down at the loch it was a busy old place, joggers and fishermen out with their boats with the odd  Swan and several  other cyclists going the opposite way.
The good weather is bringing  out the healthy  ones and me.
The MonStar was forgiven and out we went walking. I don't  know if I can keep it up, but I do feel good tonight, Zzzz.
