Messing about on the river

The Fowey. Did this 18 years ago and have paddled many times in France but have to say it was hard this time. Not the paddling but the position, sat upright with your legs out in front of you, my hamstrings are too tight for this lark these days. Got very wet as well. Walking tomorrow, much more my thing.
