Telescopic Skylight Screw Jack Opener

Got home to find a job needed doing.  The opener to a window in the conservatory roof had broken so I tried repairing it to no avail.  I therefore ordered one off the internet although when I first started looking I didn't realise that it was called a 'Telescopic Skylight Screw Jack Opener'.  Well now I know, but hopefully will not need to get another one too soon.
