And also the day I handed in my notice - yikes! I know it's the right decision. I'm making my side workplace, my main workplace as from September, which should really ease the pressure as well as offer challenge & excitement. I'll also be my own boss in the main and, as well as doing clinical work, I will also be teaching & supervising. Pruning to grow.

Had to attend a meeting in Durham which was a bit unnecessary given the above. It's really strange to be in this process and feel quite disconnected. Mind you, that could be part of the burnout. Spinning in the evening was great.
