A great session of Branching Out today at work. A couple of hours in the sun learning all about 'plants and people'. And then making our own cream for nettle stings and midge bites from nettle-infused sunflower oil plus other ingredients. Pic here is from the end of the process, just as the emulsifier gets to work with the aid of a lot of stirring - and what resembled summat akin to salad dressing turns into the consistency of, well, summat akin to mayonnaise. Very lemony mayonnaise at that.

Scotland match watched live on STV tonight, England match highlights to come on iPlayer in ten minutes (here's hoping my settings are as I suspect and I get south of the border coverage!)
