House Plant

My friend Elizabeth gave this plant to me as a "house warming" present. It's gotten really big now. Spring is around the corner and I have to decide what I want to plant in my balcony garden. I don't get any direct sunlight, so I'm limited to plants that can handle shade which kinda sucks. The last two springs/summers I planted ginger, sweet potato, herbs, and other leafy plants. Of course they were all really decorative.
