Feeling peaky

He had a very restless night that meant a pretty disturbed night for us. Unfortunately he woke up this morning with a bit of a temperature (nothing excessive) and was promptly sick.

Quick discussion and a decision for me to stay at home and do my day of remote meetings from home. He -understandably- slept through most of the first, All Wales Biochemistry Technical Standardisation meeting*.
