Beekeeping, Standen

We caught sight of these beekeepers in the Orchard when we visited Standen today. Which was curious, as I've just been reading the book, The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd - and Mrs Catspaw and I both then re-watched the film yesterday evening.

Today's 'Extra' shows the garden front of the house beneath 'cotton wool' clouds in today's bright summer weather - a nice change after the grey skies and often heavy rain of the past few days.
