Exercise time!
Almost forgot to do my physio exercises so squeezed them in before bed. There's three 30s stretches and then a set of 10 reps of an exercise, so if I use a time it seems quicker.
Today I woke up and went for a short run, aiming to increase my pace seeing as how I'm not allowed to go long distance. It worked, but I was all tired and out of breath! Uni at 10am, which was interminably dull for two hours, then a two hour staff meeting, then another two lectures and a group meeting. To finish it off I went to sports direct to see if they had any long running tights for the Deerstalker and some gloves - they didn't.
Home for stuffed mushrooms with couscous, ricotta and spinach and rubbishy tv while writing up notes.
