Colours

After the disappointments of yesterday, you just have to get on with it.
But, there was some good news this morning…..we watched the last hour very early this morning.  Our Black Caps (cricket) have won the inaugural World Test final against India.  It has taken these two teams over two years, playing all the top cricket sides, a wonderful achievement for any team to make the final, and even more to come out the winners by eight wickets.  It was played in England and having to deal with England’s fickle summer weather was challenging. 
It needs to be mentioned that even before this test was played, NZ were ranked the number one test playing country - that's amazing for a country of five million.
