Non rain water

After the Green Gym (too busy nattering to remember to take a blip photo) I came home and went straight out in the garden to cut the grass, as rain is forecast for later.  I decided to switch the water feature on while I did it and it made a Blip!

Had just finished the cutting with my electric hover mower and there was a loud bang and a lot of smoke came off it.  Now have a dead lawn mower.  It has done stirling service for 8 years so I think I will replace it with the same model.  It seems you are lucky these days if appliances last for 7 years or more, or am I being cynical?
