Pros and cons of new build development. As we were in early there’s a lot of construction work and dust and mud everywhere (even in the house through open doors).

The wee man comes in most weeks and gives the road a good clean. Today he even got out and pressure washed the paths.

I managed out for 5km run at lunchtime and am going to P90X after dropping the girls off at gymnastics.
