woke with backache again….middle and top back…wonderful the taxi that brought me to Shrewsbury was very comfy…..i hope the nurse who did my diabetic eye scan compared the scan today and in January, she didn’t think there was a-lot of change…
so hopefully i can keep driving…..

the sky has really be so dark…..but-no rain worth mentioning ….and just the tiniest bit of sun…..it is muggy though..,,
instead of a walk i spent some time feet up to rest my back…
