Allotment pond

The still relatively-new, Allotment pond is really starting to flourish now - the snap above is quite a contrast to how it initially looked back in October last year when it was first built.

The good weather has also finally broken, with rain late this afternoon ... first proper downpour for the whole of June to date!

And I picked our first strawberries of the season today - regrettably they didn't make it back home ;-)
