Island Life

This Great Blue Heron appeared to be enjoying the solitude on his log island, stretching intermittently, and struggling to keep his eyes open.  He wasn't totally alone though.  The turtle reflected in the water showed up when I viewed the photo on my computer, as well as a tiny "palm" tree on the island tip.
