Artist’s studio

Went across to Mountbatten on the ferry from the Barbican to catch up with a friend from 30 years ago. We worked together at Plymouth pavilions. Kim was doing an art course at the time in calligraphy and she went on to do paintings of underwater life as she is also a diver! She and her mother used to paint the same picture and now Kim has a workshop and her mum paints at home.

Extra: when I left the Pavillions Kim gave me a very thoughtful and lovely calligraphic picture she made for me because I am a Christian and a reflexologist! The foot prints are actually her feet which she put in indigo coloured bath water!
