Steady progress.

Work on the new oak frame for the screen continued.

Our long awaited last four internal doors arrived at the local supplier yesterday - and they very kindly delivered them first thing this morning. By late this evening our friend had hung three, bar some adjustment. A bit of work is planned for Saturday, then none until probably 6 July.

A wet afternoon and evening.

Family are well. Last full school day for the teachers here. They’re weary. And another vaccination in the family.

Record numbers of covid19 cases (ok, lots of tests; but high prevalence etc). Many in younger male age group. Sadly, we know of several. And probably know main possible reasons for them becoming statistics.
