Garlic scapes

Those funny curlicues that grow out the top of the garlic. If you cut them off it helps the bulbs grow bigger. Some people make pesto out of them I just chop them up and use them in stir fries.
The funny thing is I thought I had pulled all the garlic in this bed last year. This spring LOTS of garlic started coming up. Weird but I'm not complaining.
