Home time, Thursday

I was training members of the Finance and Leasing Association on handling consumer complaints on Thursday. This a regular engagement which happens three or four times a year. There were severe delays on the Victoria Line so the alternative route home was Central Line to Liverpool Street and then the overground.

This is a typical scene although I did take liberties with gravity. A microsecond later everyone fell over and started to slide towards Boots. At least they had the chance to look up and appreciate the beautiful ceiling. Maybe worth looking at the bigger image.
