The band back together…

The day started with Peter coming to fit the bifold doors onto the sitting room…a change we’ve dreamt of since we arrived.  I had to get on a train at midday to go and meet the team. I timed it very carefully as I had a really important call at 2.30pm which I took sitting on a street bench near Stratford station.  Work post pandemic.  I then picked up Cheryl and Ivy, unable to see B because he got dinged by track and trace.  We walked over the Olympic park to join my team at Barge East for our first meeting since last October.  Note Ivy’s temporary membership. Lovely sitting together in the sun for a couple of hours and then I hared west to White City House where I met W and Jo for a drink. I really pack stuff in on the London days.
