Nearly there

Just under a month of hand stitching these 1 inch hexagons together has seen the backing almost complete today, for a new quilt for Darcy. I'll add a border to both sides and ends, then similarly to the quilt top and take it all down the road to the fabulous quilting lady who will skilfully sandwich it all together with batting between the top and backing. Then I bring it home and apply the binding that I've made .
