Who is YTR

YTR is a clue which may help us discover who painted this wonderful piece of indigenous art. A very kind friend gifted it to me a few years ago. I have often wondered who it was that had created it. My only clue are the letters YTR written in pencil on the back of the artwork.

I met a woman in Alice Springs .who told me if I sent her an image of it she may be able to help. I’ve done that today and will be keen to hear if YTR means anything to her.

It’s been another cold wintry day today and I’m beginning to think we perhaps should have extended our stay in the Northern Territory:)
