Quiet

This is a quiet corner in our garden.  The philadelphus has just come out and the scent on this still cool grey evening is glorious. 
It has been a quiet week with husband away in Scotland looking after his ma at is his sisters house.  It had been problematic with work as the internet did not behave well for him... stressful when there are deadlines to be met.  He is home tomorrow and we are off almost immediately to a family party a couple of hours away.. and a night in a pig sty (wooden domed chalet bedroom) in the grounds of a four star hotel!! Oh joy... the weather does not look encouraging for dinner outside in a two sided marquee but perhaps I will just have to get some winter jumpers out of store again!!
