Foxglove

Another swim session, 25-30 mins in the water, managed two well paced lengths of front crawl amongst breast stroke, I know I'm not ready for the medium lane yet.

We took our walk in Eccup today, an overcast day, so fairly quiet on El Camino.  I saw these fox gloves, I like the colour and shapes.

This Afternoon I watched Francis Lee's Ammonite, about the acclaimed fossil hunter  Mary Anning ( a robust Kate Winslet) and her romance with convalescing Charlotte (sickly Saoirse Ronan).  An interesting tale, Kate really has had some meaty parts recently.  

Not so high summer today, a bit too damp and cool.
