Some sewing

I used my "me time" today to sew this book cover.  It's made from some material and a pattern sold as a kit - there's a pencil case to make as well.  I'm not sure how much use I can make of the little notebook enclosed in the book cover - but it was fun doing the sewing.

I've bought a few kits - sewing and also other crafts - to expand my horizons and encourage me to try something new.  The problem continues to be - "what do I do with the finished product?"
