Check up

Our friend Kate has loads of medical equipment for doing basic tests on your pulse, heart, diabetic stuff etc.. gave Max the once over today and then he got a an ice lolly and a sticker.

We went for a lovely walk this afternoon down to the river and had tea and cake overlooking the lock and then walked down to the weir and watched the water and waterfowl.

I continued working on my course assembling my folio and writing my reflection form.

Been thinking about the lovely Linda my friend who passed away yesterday all day and tonight we watched the comic strip’s the Yob which was something that we both used to joke about together.
