‘Fishing’ on the beach

Walked into Cromer along the beach today, was lovely.  

The Dadski was rock pooling and saw a length of fishing wire.  Being all ‘health and safety’ as he is, he followed it and found weights, hooks, bait and a landed catch on the end of it!!!  Obviously, we couldn’t leave this on the beach as we would hate for a child or dog etc to have hurt themselves on it, so the rest of the walk I carried said fish and tackle until we found a suitable bin to put it in.

Unfortunately, the family now find it hilariously funny to call me ‘the fish woman of Cromer’ at every possible opportunity!
