Poppy

After a bit of rigorous gardening last weekend, I managed to accidentally snap off this poppy bud.  I’m really pleased that it has opened out successfully in a pint pot of water :)

These are my poppies that my mummy bought me last year for my front garden renovations.  When we got the plants they were slightly frost damaged, so I am really pleased that they have come back again this year and flowered so beautifully.
