Im and I were planning to go to St. James's Park to see the Ross'sling, but demonstrations in central London meant closed roads and the chance of crowds, so we opted to head to Crystal Palace instead.
Some people started throwing grain for the birds which attracted over the mallards and caused a pigeon pile (see extra). Also nice to see the (distant) great crested grebes diving for food (and resurfacing with a fish and a crayfish!).
