Amanda Palmer refers to tge impostor police. Apparently they're a secret organisation that keep track of people who aren't really grown ups. Late at night they knock on your door and tell you that you're having far too much fun and you'll have to give it all up and become boring. Either that or they'll have to take away all your toys.
